At ALTEGO, we aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return policy provides clear guidelines to help you through the process.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging and security tags intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are applicable only for defective, damaged, or size-related issues.
Please note that our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at contact@shopaltego.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the reason for the return. If the product is defective or damaged, please include images of the item to expedite the process.
- Once your return is approved, our shipping partner will assist with the return process.
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to defective or damaged items, ALTEGO will cover the return shipping costs.
- In cases of size-related issues or any other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a 5-7 business days.
Please note:
- Refunds are issued for items that are defective, damaged, or for size issues.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all returns.
- Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Also, no refund/ partial refund shall be granted as per discretion, incase the item is not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Refund Timeline
After approval of the return, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Incase of Late or missing refunds, please follow the below steps:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@shopaltego.com and we will check into the matter.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges under the following circumstances:
- If you have a size issue or would like to opt for another product, you may request an exchange within the 7-day return window.
- Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Sale items or items purchased at a discount.
